BM Caterers has promoted two senior team members to new chef roles to “match business needs”.
Daryll Young has been named head of chef development and innovation, while Phil Leicester has been appointed head of culinary sales and retention.
While Young will focus on enhancing BM’s food offering and training chefs, Leicester will focus on growing the business and sustaining clients.
Both Young and Leicester have been with BM for more than eight years and will be reporting to BM chef director Pete Redman.
Redman said: “Daryll and Phil have both been extremely loyal and highly valued team members at BM as well as a massive part of our success.
“Daryll has been critical in developing our global breakfast, vitality and food to go concepts and has also established innovation away-days for all team members including monthly supplier visits.
“Phil, meanwhile, has played a major role in winning us new business, organising all client and consultant networking events and helping us achieve one of the best client retention rates in the business.”
He added: “With the scope of their new roles, I know their contribution to the business, BM’s food offering, reputation and culture will continue to grow.”
