The Baker Street site in London will be the group’s largest site to date
Bleecker Burger will open its seventh site on Baker Street in London this April amid continued expansion.
The fast food restaurant’s latest site follows the opening of an outlet in Kerb’s Seven Dials market last month.
The Baker Street site will have 28 covers and offer delivery, making it the group’s largest to date.
The move has seen the group take out a loan to support expansion for the first time in its history.
Zan Kaufman, chief executive of Bleecker, said: “After 12 years, we’re taking a bold leap with our first-ever loan, fuelling our growth while staying true to what matters most: epic food, an incredible team and standing up for what’s right.”
The menu at Baker Street will include Bleecker’s award-winning bacon double burger as well as a cheeseburger, blue cheese burger and the vegan Symplicity burger. Sides include house fries and angry fires, drenched in hot sauce.
Bleecker began operating from a food truck in 2012 and has steadily grown to seven sites, all in London.
The group committed to pay the London Living Wage a year ago and has given long-term support to a number of charities.
It also won the National Burger of the Year 2024 competition with its bacon double burger.
