The Heathrow hotel is the first in a series of openings for the group in 2025.
Budget operator B&B Hotels, which operates 870 properties worldwide, has opened its first UK hotel at London Heathrow.
It took over the Arora Park hotel in February 2024 and has refurbished it as the 119-bedroom B&B Hotel London Heathrow.
It is the first in a number of openings for the group, with properties in Birmingham, Derby, Inverness, Ipswich and Warrington due to open as B&B Hotels in 2025. The group has a stated aim to expand to 100 hotels in the UK by 2035.
The B&B Hotel London Heathrow has been redesigned to bring what the group describes as European-style hospitality to UK guests.
The breakfast room
The hotel features digital check-in kiosks, spacious lounge areas and a breakfast bar serving a buffet breakfast every day.
B&B Hotels’ UK chief executive Patrick O’Connell said: “Now that we have completed our first renovation, we are delighted to unveil our high-quality hotel offering to UK customers at B&B Hotel London Heathrow.
“We are excited and energised to roll out our signature B&B Hotels product and experience to our other UK hotels and customers across the coming months along with our continued UK expansion activities.”
