The latest addition to Sheridan and his business partners’ portfolio will launch on 2 August.
Chef Andrew Sheridan will open the doors to a new restaurant in north Wales next month.
Sheridan and his business partners Sam and Emma Morgan of Open Restaurant Group (ORG) will launch Dishes on Prestatyn high street on 2 August.
It marks a return to Wales for Sheridan, who was executive chef at Sosban in Llanelli for two years.
Dishes will offer small plates and snacks made using top quality ingredients, with diners encouraged to order six plates between two people.
Menu items will include smashed cucumber salad with feta and mint; slow-cooked lamb and baba ganoush; scallop tikka with crispy rice; corn ribs with sriracha seasoning and lime; and avocado and tuna tostadas.
It will also offer a range of flatbreads, with toppings including burnt leek and truffle, as well as brunch on selected Saturdays and Sunday roast sharing platters.
Sheridan, who will be the executive chef at Dishes, said: “The menu features some really exciting flavours – it’s food we love to eat, we hope you enjoy it too.”
Sheridan’s flagship restaurant 8 By Andrew Sheridan in Liverpool holds three AA Rosettes and is listed in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland.
ORG also runs two bistros, Black & Green in Barnt Green and OXA in Oxton, as well as the Bracebridge pub restaurant in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield.
