Who are we:
Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is a registered charity, responsible for the care, conservation, and presentation of HM Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace State Apartments, the Banqueting House at Whitehall, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, the official residence of HM The King in Northern Ireland and residence of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
HRP is a charity for everyone. We are committed to preserving and sharing the stories of our six magnificent palaces and making them accessible to all. We are an independent charity and receiving no government funding and derives its income principally from admissions, retail, catering, licensing, commercial events, sponsorship and support from donors and members.
Catering opportunity:
HRP operates a number of visitor catering outlets at Hampton Court Palace, HM Tower of London, Hillsborough Castle & Gardens and Kensington Palace on a concession basis.
We will be running a tender process with the intention of awarding a contract(s) for the provision of day visitor catering services across our sites and are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations.
The contract will be divided into 3 lots. Tenderers may apply for one or more lots, and in such cases there is no debarment from being potentially successful in more than one or all lots.
The lots will be set up as follows.
*Lot 3 includes vans at HM Tower of London, however this lot will also include any vans located at other HRP sites.
Tender process
The tender process is being run through HRP’s e-tendering system, Delta e-Sourcing. All documentation will be made available on Delta.
The time and expense of participating in the process is the responsibility of the tenderer. Other terms and conditions of participation in the process apply, to include HRP reserving the right not to award a contract or contracts.

Completed Supplier Questionnaires must be received by HRP by 02 December 2024 at 12 noon and must be submitted via the Delta e-Sourcing Portal.

Anticipated contract start date: 1 October 2025
Contract period: five years with the option to extend for an additional two years.
