Visitors to HRC will have the opportunity to meet with hundreds of suppliers across five key areas: Foodservice, Professional Kitchen, Hospitality Tech, Furniture, Interiors & Tableware, and, new for 2025, the Pizza & Pasta section.

At HRC, visitors can also gain valuable insights from industry leaders on the Vision Stage, where practical advice, invaluable insights and inspiring case studies will take centre stage. For hospitality professionals interested in exploring technological advancements in the industry, the TechX stage will feature a range of topics centred around hospitality tech and highlight innovative solutions to real-world tech challenges in hotels, restaurants and catering.

HRC 2025 will again take place alongside historic International Salon Culinaire, featuring over 900 chefs competing in live and static events. Competitions like Tilda Chef Team of the Year and Pub Chef of the Year will spotlight culinary excellence, with chefs honing their skills and demonstrating their creativity.

This year’s event will feature several new competitions including the Bresc Duck Culinary Showdown, sponsored by Huegli, and a challenge from St Ewe Free Range to make eggs the star of a global cuisine dish.

Salon Culinaire is once again supported by headline sponsor Compass Group. Nick Vadis, culinary director at Compass Group UK & Ireland and chef ambassador to the NHS Supply Chain, said: “International Salon Culinaire is an incredibly valuable chance for chefs to expand their skillset, demonstrate their creativity and resourcefulness and connect with industry peers.

“The competition has been fantastic for chefs across Compass Group, who have been able to stand out from the crowd and embrace new opportunities within the business. I can’t wait to see what this year’s competitors bring to the table.”

HRC takes place on 17-19 March 2025 at Excel London alongside IFE Manufacturing, IFE, The Pub Show and International Salon Culinaire as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. Find out more at hrc.co.uk
