A cocktail invigorated with herbal elements from the hotel’s kitchen garden
The Garden Negroni was created by Alessandro Lippo, head bartender at the Goring hotel in London.
After 100 years of serving the classic Negroni, the hotel now serves a new version invigorated with herbal elements from its kitchen beds. The cocktail is made from a refreshing mix of Plymouth gin, Mancino Sakura vermouth, yellow chartreuse and a touch of matcha syrup.
Stir all the ingredients together in a mixing glass and pour into an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with a green coral tuile.
