Registration is now open for the Harrogate Fine Food Show, returning to the Yorkshire Event Centre on 26-27 June.
Organised by the Guild of Fine Food, everything from craft spirits and biltong to beer bread and matcha will be on display and will allow food and drink buyers a first-glimpse and taste of many products on display for the first time.
There are a number of workshops, discussions and demos in the FineFoodLive! Theatre across the two days, including a session on turning leftovers into money-making nibbles with consultant chef Stephanie Moon, and a cocktail showcase with pioneering mixologists.
The show will host over 150 food and drink producers and again welcomes BBC 2's Nigel Barden in the live Feed the Dragon sessions.
