London restaurant Bob Bob Ricard has appointed Anna Haugh as executive chef.
Haugh's most recent role was as head chef at Gordon Ramsay's London House in Battersea, south London, where she won three AA rosettes before her departure was announced in March this year.
Haugh started her career in Dublin at L'Écrivain under Derry Clarke. Since her move to London more than 10 years ago, she has worked alongside some of the city's greatest chefs, including Shane Osborne at Pied à Terre and Philip Howard at the Square.
At Bob Bob Ricard, her immediate focus will be on developing a new menu to be unveiled this autumn.
Bob Bob Ricard owner Leonid Shutov said: "Bob Bob Ricard is a labour of love and we have never stopped working on its development since we opened eight years ago. Now we want to be recognised as much for our food as for our design, atmosphere and unique wine list. Anna is a brilliantly talented chef who shares this ambition. With her passion for fine dining and creating memorable experiences she is the perfect person to push the boundaries of our menu further, while still staying true to Bob Bob Ricard's inimitable style."
Haugh added: "Bob Bob Ricard is synonymous with quality and enjoyment, with a combination of eccentricity and impeccable service that attracts guests from across the globe. It is an absolute one of a kind and that excites me. I am looking to create a menu that is similarly unique, one whose flavour, precision and technique will make Bob Bob Ricard a true food destination as well."
