Findus Foodservices has launched Sauté Station, a range of precooked frozen stir-fry-style meals. All the component parts of the range are in free-flow bags, and for service a measured portion of frozen product is regenerated quickly, either by microwave, oven-baking or stir-frying from frozen.

 

Items in the Sauté Station range are Nasi Goreng (Indonesian-style rice with chicken), Chicken Wok Punjab with Rice (mild curry sauce with vegetables), Chicken Wok Beijing (crispy vegetables, chicken in spicy sauce), Chicken Wok Punjab without rice (with vegetables, for service with breads), Jambalaya (Cajun rice with chicken) and Bami Goreng (Indonesian noodles with beef). They come packed in 4kg bags.
