Pep it up with garlic

There's no need to spend time peeling cloves of garlic with the new Garlic Puree from Universe Foodservice, under the Meal Makers Basics brand. This is the first product to be launched in this new brand's collection.

The product comprises fresh garlic blended with citric acid to offer the equivalent of over 200 cloves, crushed and packed into every 1kg jar.

A 5ml teaspoon of Garlic Puree is equal to three cloves of fresh or two teaspoonfuls of dried garlic.

You can use a teaspoonful to make a classic aioli, pesto, guacamole or dhal.

Available in 1kg and 450g plastic jars. Available in cases of six jars.
