WSH France acquires Musiam Paris

Ronan Harte, chief executive of BaxterStorey has confirmed the recent acquisition by WSH France of the Musiam Paris business, an event catering business, founded in 2017 as part of Ducasse Culture.

Musiam Paris serves seasonal, gourmet cuisine made with fresh ingredients to visitors of cultural and heritage establishments, including the Musée du Louvre, Musée d’Orsay and the Château de Versailles.

The business will stay independent and the senior team will report into Harte, who said: "As the business grows it will provide opportunities for people to come through and do different jobs, and continues our strategy of people development."

Noel Mahony, executive director at WSH, added: “Following 12 years of operating in France, we can confirm a new partnership between WSH France and Musiam Paris. Musiam will benefit from WSH’s expertise in supporting ambitious future growth as well as unrivalled knowledge in the museums sector. Ducasse Group will continue to have significant involvement in the quality and creativity of the current offer, in addition to managing the recruitment of talented French chefs.”
