A new tool has been launched for the hospitality industry to support the physical and mental wellbeing of employees as they return to work.
Wellbee, developed by employee engagement experts Purple Cubed, has been designed to help employees feel and perform at their best by promoting their wellbeing, health and purpose in the workplace.
Purple Cubed said that the mobile-first product provides team and individual insight leading to measurable outcomes and recommendations, which in turn improves the working environment.
Using AI and machined learning it provides tailored recommendations and signposts to appropriate help and advice based on the feedback it receives from employees.
Purple Cubed chief executive Jane Sunley said: "We've been delighted by the industry's response since we launched Wellbee. Even though wellbeing in the UK had previously reached crisis point, the wellbeing fallout of Covid-19 is estimated to be catastrophic. It's therefore imperative that businesses take definitive action now to support their people.
“Wellbee is different because, instead of bombarding people with solutions, employees can safely and securely self-assess and then receive personalised recommendations and the right tools to help them. And organisations will understand exactly where they need to focus their improvement efforts with clear recommendations around 'the how'."
Wellbee is currently free for organisations of up to 15 people.
