Travel site TripAdvisor and food delivery service Deliveroo have announced a partnership where consumers will be able to order food online from Deliveroo's restaurant partners through TripAdvisor.
TripAdvisor will have an ‘order online' button on its listings for Deliveroo's partner restaurants, through which users will be taken through to Deliveroo's site to place an order.
It was undisclosed when the partnership would be rolled out fully, but the option is already available for several of Deliveroo's partners on the TripAdvisor site.
âTripAdvisor is already a highly effective marketing platform for restaurants, and new services like food delivery create incremental value for both businesses as well as consumers. Whether reading reviews, reserving a table through TheFork or placing a food order through Deliveroo, our goal is for TripAdvisor to serve as a one-stop-shop for diners around the world.â
Will Shu, founder and chief executive of Deliveroo, added: âWe're excited to partner with TripAdvisor to make it even easier for our customers to order delicious food from the best local restaurants, wherever they are in the world."
