Tourism minister Michael Ellis is to join industry heavyweights to discuss the future of the sector at UKHospitality's Shaping the Future conference next week.
Ellis will speak alongside Peter Martin of CGA Strategy; Steve Richards, Casual Dining Group; Peter Gowers, Travelodge; and Peter Marks, Deltic.
Speaking about the recent creation of UK Hospitality following the merger of the British Hospitality Association and the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers,
Ellis said: "I'm delighted that this innovative sector now has a stronger, more focused and unified voice to engage with Government."
He added that he was looking forward to joining industry leaders to discuss their future plans.
