Two Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge will be opening a butchers and local pub called the Butcher's Tap in November.
The Butcher's Tap in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, will run as a butchers and bar during the day, and a pub with a simple, meat-led food offering at night.
The food menu will showcase British classics such as braised faggots, hot pots, homemade pies, scotch eggs and sausage rolls, and the bar will stock real ales, lagers, spirits and wines.
Cateys 2017 Chef Award winner Kerridge is partnering with butcher Andy Cook and pub company Greene King for the venture. Cook has been supplying Kerridge's two-Michelin-starred the Hand and Flowers, also in Marlow and a Greene King pub, for nearly 10 years.
Kerridge said: "We want the Butcher's Tap to be the heart and soul of Marlow, somewhere you can pop in every week for your usual order that we'll have ready for you, but also a place you can have a pint and a hot pork pie straight out of the oven."
Clive Chesser, managing director of Greene King Pub Partners, said: "The Butcher's Tap is the first of our innovative new joint venture concepts, which will see us working with innovators in the industry to come up with new ideas to expand the potential of a pub and enhance even further the role it plays in a community."
