Victor's Evolution display fridges
Victor's Evolution range is designed for hospitality and retail display, with 300mm, 600mm and 900mm units in hot, ambient and chilled versions for assisted and self-service applications. The units come with a choice of stainless steel, coated steel, coloured plastic or wood laminate base fascia, and include LED lighting and rear door configurations.

supermalt canSupermalt Supermalt is now available in a 300ml can that retains its vibrant red packaging. It is designed to help operators tap into the non-alcoholic beverage market and it can be used as a mixer on a spirit, cocktail or mocktail menu. It is packed with added B vitamins and has a sweet malt flavour with hints of caramel and a kick of liquorice.

Cristel cookware
French cookware manufacturer Cristel has launched a professional range of saucepans, stewpots, large cooking pots, shallow sauté pans and frying pans. The five-ply fabrication process uses a layered combination of 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium and induction-capable stainless steel.

Snackamolé is a grab-and-go avocado snack from UK-based Born Tasty, containing low-fat popped chickpea and potato chips made in England and an avocado dip. The ethically sourced Hass avocados are processed in Mexico using a cold pasteurisation technique that retains the colour and flavour of the fruit and its nutrients.

Converter has launched a generation of Convotherm mini combi steamers with two newly designed user interfaces: easyTouch and Standard, both of which are surrounded by a modern black control panel and a metallic body.
