Equipment supplier Jestic Foodservice has launched a new compact countertop version of the Josper charcoal oven. The Josper HJX38 has an hourly output of 6kg-8kg and features space for two large 58cm x 34cm grill racks, with a heat-up time of just 25 minutes.

Roe & Co Irish whiskey

 

Diageo has launched a new premium blended Irish whiskey, Roe & Co, which will be produced at its new distillery at St James’s Gate in Dublin. Roe & Co is 45% ABV, made from Irish malt and grain whiskies, and aged in bourbon casks.
