Nohrlund was founded in 2014 by a group of friends with a passion for cocktails and fresh organic Nordic ingredients. Their first six pre-mixed cocktails to the on-trade sector through Royal Unibrew include the Red (vodka, strawberries and rhubarb), the White (gin, elderflower and ginger), the Yellow (rum, rosehip and sea buckthorn), the Orange (gin, carrots and apple), the Burgundy (vodka, walnuts, blackberries and basil); and the Black, (rum, espresso and chocolate bitters).

Cold-pressed juice producer B.fresh has launched a new collection of shots celebrating the company's British farming roots. The flavours include Ginger Fix, which is high in Vitamin C; King Kale, which is high in Vitamin B6; and Rocket Fuel, which is high in Vitamin D3. All the juices are available in 70ml PET bottles.

Aryzta Food Solutions has launched two new indulgent Tartelettes: the chocolate and caramel Tartelette includes almond frangipane and a rich salted caramel filling, finished with peaks of creamy chocolate mousse, and the lemon meringue Tartelette uses the same frangipane base with a zingy lemon filling, finished with toasted soft meringue.

Dudson has launched four new ranges: Evo Bronze, Midnight Rose, Ripple Grey and Ruff Lux, and has added blue, mustard and coral colours to its Harvest range (pictured).
