The No1 Kombucha is a lightly sparkling drink available in three varieties: ginger and turmeric; passionfruit and goji; and raspberry, pomegranate and hibiscus. Kombucha is an unpasteurised drink full of live cultures and created by fermenting green tea.

Aryzta Food Solutions has two new products in its range of frozen band layer desserts: lemon brûlée, a set lemon-flavoured cream filling on a biscuit crumb base with a brûlée-style topping; and a trio of chocolate mousse, made up of layers of dark, milk and white chocolate mousse, dusted with cocoa powder on top of a soft chocolate sponge.
