The units are available with a 100mm welded splashback, anti-tilt drawers, LED display, variable temperature control and an operational range of between -2°C and +8°C.

Both are 4% ABV.

Rubies in the Rubble vegan mayonnaise

 

Condiment supplier Rubies in the Rubble has launched two mayonnaises using the leftover water from tinned legumes as a vegan alternative to egg white, whisked with rapeseed oil, white wine vinegar, salt and lemon juice. The aquafaba mayo contains Dijon mustard, while the chipotle mayo has chilli powder and sundried tomato.
