A third Neighbourhood restaurant is set to open in Leeds, following sites in Manchester and Liverpool, as part of the brand's wider expansion plans.
The newest branch of the New York-inspired dining concept is set to open this autumn in the former Carluccio's unit on Greek Street. A total of £1.7m has been invested in the interior, created by restaurant and bar interior designer Edwin Pickett.
The restaurant will host weekly themed events and monthly Champagne brunch parties, DJs, and live entertainment.
The first Neighbourhood opened in Manchester's Spinningfields district in 2012; the second in Liverpool in 2016. Casual dining group East Coast Concepts, overseen by Manchester-based entrepreneur and chief executive James Hitchen, owns the Neighbourhood, alongside sister brand Victor'ss.
Launched in 2014 in Hale, Cheshire, the Hampton's-inspired Victor's also has expansion plans, which will be revealed in the coming months.
