The Goring hotel has appointed Jeet Chauhan as director of food and beverage.
Chauhan joins the five-red-AA-star Belgravia hotel from the Savoy, where he has spent the past eight years, including over two years as assistant director of food and beverage.
In his new role he will oversee the culinary offering at the Michelin-starred Dining Room, the Goring Cocktail Bar and the Veranda as well as room service and all private dining rooms.
Chauhan said: “I'm thrilled to be part of the Goring team. The warm, family-like atmosphere here immediately drew me in. I see this as an opportunity to craft my own narrative and I'm truly looking forward to what we'll achieve together.”
Chauhan takes over the position from Devid Isabella, who has moved to the Four Seasons Park Lane to take on the role of director of operations.
The Goring was opened in 1910 by Otto Goring and is the only luxury hotel in London that is still owned and run by the family that built it.
