The Caterer’s Supplier Awards 2025 shortlist revealed

The shortlist for the 2025 Supplier Awards organised by The Caterer has been revealed, recognising excellence and innovation in food, drink, and equipment businesses within the hospitality sector.

 

A wide range of suppliers were judged and debated at length by industry specialists and consultants from across all sectors of hospitality.

 

Clare Nicholls, products and supplies reporter at The Caterer, said: “We were delighted by the response to our inaugural Supplier Awards. We received strong entries across the food, drink, equipment and technology sectors, and our judges found it very difficult to decide between the many suppliers showing industry leadership and innovation.

 

“The resulting shortlists prove that there are exceptional companies throughout the supply chain doing their bit to make operators’ lives easier, as well as operating to the highest standards themselves. We can’t wait to reveal the victors during our three-course lunch ceremony on 3 April at One Moorgate Place, London.”

 

Mark Taylor, director of Bloom Foodservice and judge of the Supplier Awards, noted that the awards recognise the “sometimes unsung heroes of the hospitality sector”, while fellow judge Matthew Merritt-Harrison, managing partner of Merritt-Harrison Catering Consultancy, said the awards give suppliers “the opportunity to showcase the quality of their products and the excellence of their service to the entire catering and hospitality industry”.

 

“They are relevant to all suppliers, from SMEs to multinational organisations,” he added.
