The Cateys is back with a bang in 2025. Mark your calendar for the 7 July and dust off your best attire for the most glittering night of the year for hospitality. We have a few surprises planned to make this our best Cateys yet, so make sure you are in the room to celebrate with your peers.

 

Later in the year we celebrate the best in the business for the foodservice and hotel industries, giving you another chance to enjoy some wonderful food and let your hair down with your colleagues.

The Supplier Awards

The Caterer Supplier Awards will celebrate the most creative and innovative food, drink, equipment and technology suppliers in the hospitality industry. These new awards will reward the all-important businesses who go above and beyond to support the hospitality industry. Join us for a three-course lunch and awards ceremony with plenty of time for networking and celebration.

The Acorns – 30 under 30

 

For nearly 40 years, the Acorn Awards has been honouring the brightest up-and-coming talent in the hospitality industry. Run in association with our headline sponsor CH&Co, the awards recognise the flair and passion of 30 of the most talented individuals in hospitality.

 

Acorns are nominated by their peers for making an impression and inspiring others in their sector, and include the likes of Marco Pierre White, Tommy Banks, Zoe Jenkins and Jason Atherton.

 

The 30 winners are then invited to a winners’ weekend to celebrate their achievements and this year’s event will be held at the Dakota Hotel Manchester. Don’t forget to nominate the brightest talent in your business for this prestigious award.

Inspiring Women Lunches

 

After the success of our very first Inspiring Women in Hospitality event last year, we are launching dedicated networking lunches for inspiring women who work in hotel, foodservice and restaurant and bar.

 

Take an afternoon away from your desk to hear from a guest speaker, enjoy great food, fantastic wine and even better company.

Hotelier of the Year

 

The esteemed Hotelier of the Year award recognises an individual who has displayed exceptional professionalism, passion and commitment to their role. The event is judged by a panel of previous Hotelier of the Years and the winner is celebrated at the incumbent winner’s hotel, bringing together an elite group of former winners for a very special lunch and awards ceremony.

 

This year’s current Hotelier of the Year, Gareth Banner (pictured), will host the presentation at his hotel the Ned in London.
