Taste the wine trends of the future at Berkmann portfolio tasting

Guests will have the opportunity to discover the latest wine trends, taste more than 400 rare vintage wines and learn food and wine pairing from chef Ollie Dabbous at Berkmann Wine Cellars' annual portfolio tasting next month.

The tasting takes place on 4 February at the Brewery in the City of London, while a second event is also taking place at Aspire in Leeds on 5 February.

A ‘taste the trends’ panel discussion will present key wine trends and growth opportunities for 2020, while other educational sessions include a food and wine pairing session lead by Hide chef-patron Ollie Dabbous and a wine cocktail workshop.

A showcase of quintessential California will unearth some rare vintage treasures from Berkmann’s fine wine cellar of more than 400 wines.

Secure your place at the London tasting here or Leeds tasting here.

Berkmann is a sponsor of the UK Sommelier of the Year competition, the premier accolade in UK wine service, with former winners including Romain Bourger, Alex Freguin, Xavier Rousset, Ronan Sayburn and the late Gerard Basset.
