Stuart Geddes has been promoted to general manager of the Goring, four years after he was made hotel manager of the five-star property in London's Belgravia.
Geddes joined the Goring in 2006 as restaurant manager after several years working in the restaurant at the Ritz in London.
He became hotel manager of the 69-bedroom venue in 2014.
Chief executive Jeremy Goring said: "Stuart has an incredible dedication to the impeccable experience of each and every guest and is focused on nurturing this same ethos in the team at the Goring.
"I could not be more delighted to announce his promotion to general manager, and I look forward to many more years of working together".
Stuart Geddes added: "It is an absolute privilege to take the position of general manager at the Goring.
"The hotel's wonderful history, high standards and commitment to first-class service make it such an exciting and rewarding place to work, and I will remain dedicated to building on our already prestigious reputation as one of London's finest luxury hotels."
