Steve Ogden appointed general manager of Ansty Hall
The former general manager of the Chester Grosvenor will be overseeing the integration of the North Warwickshire property into Exclusive Collection’s portfolio.
Steve Ogden, the former general manager of the Chester Grosvenor, has joined Ansty Hall in North Warwickshire in the same role.
It comes as the 62-property property is completing a major investment programme across its event spaces, restaurant, public areas, gardens and grounds ahead of joining the Exclusive Collection in September, which recently won Sustainable Business of the Year at this year’s Cateys.
Exclusive Collection acquired its seventh country house hotel in February this year in a bid to expand its offering into central England.
Macdonald Hotels, which operates a portfolio of properties across the UK and Spain, were the former owners of the property.
Ogden had previously held senior roles at the Quay Hotel and Spa in Conwy and the Lions Quay Resort in Oswestry.
He has also spent time with Exclusive Collection, previously at Pennyhill Park in Surrey.
