Stephanie Hall has joined the board of directors at Exclusive Collection after 14 years at the company.
Hall, who is group sales and marketing director, will oversee the governance and strategy of the privately-owned hotel company alongside six fellow directors.
Her appointment comes at an “important time for the business” as Exclusive Collection continues to make investments across its portfolio of seven country house hotels.
These include the development of eight new lakeside lodges at South Lodge, which are set to open in 2024; the refurbishment of Ansty Hall, which was purchased by the group in 2022; and the introduction of convection and lower power source kitchen equipment across the portfolio.
Exclusive Collection has also appointed Andy Cartwright, formerly of BCD Meetings & Events, as director of technology and analytics, while Derek Bock of Ralph Trustees has been named director of finance, in a bid to enhance its digital offering.
Danny Pecorelli, managing director of Exclusive Collection, said: “Steph is a fantastic addition to the board of directors as she brings ideas and a fresh vision to what our guests seek from a stay or day out with us.
"Her commercial understanding is second to none and her leadership skills have enabled a creative, client focussed sales and marketing team who adapt and who foresee emerging demands from our spa members and MICE and leisure guests.
“She joins the board at an important time for the business as we continue to adapt, innovate and anticipate a new generation of visitors to the hotels."
Exclusive Collection was founded in 1981 and includes properties such as Pennyhill Park in Bagshot; South Lodge in Horsham; and the Manor House in Wiltshire.
