The school caterer has been delivering the breakfast, lunch, supper, café and event catering offering since mid-August.
Independents by Sodexo has secured a seven-year catering contract with Sevenoaks school in Kent.
The school caterer has been serving breakfast, lunch and supper for the 1,200 students and 500 staff at the site since mid-August.
The team also oversees the school café and delivers event catering.
Dishes from the menu include Korean kimchi rice, huevos rancheros, and shakshuka, which have been developed under Sodexo’s Powering Performance programme.
Dinner service frequently consists of street food pop-ups, international cuisine and themed nights.
Sodexo also serves low-carbon meals made from ‘wonky fruit and vegetables’ in a bid to tackle food waste and improve kitchen practices.
Simon Knight, managing director for Independents by Sodexo, said: “Sevenoaks School has an unrivalled academic reputation but also a strong focus on its sustainability goals and a firm commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
“As a purpose-led business, we are like-minded in our ethos, and we look forward to working in partnership with the school not only in delivering the very best in food services to elevate the pupil experiences but also in sharing our initiatives to help the school meet their goals.”
Sevenoaks is a co-educational boarding school that was founded in 1432.
Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
