Halal burger and barbecue restaurant group Smoky Boys BBQ and Grill Haus has become the latest signing for Boxpark Wembley, which will open in October.
The company has also revealed plans to open a site in Hemel Hempstead towards the end of summer marking an escalation in its expansion plans.
It currently operates three restaurants: its original opening in Watford, which launched in 2016, followed by sites in Hounslow and Amersham last year. The company opened a delivery kitchen unit in Stevenage in April and also has a 2,000 sq ft warehouse for storage and distribution.
Co-founded by Sharif Rahman and Hiron Miah, Smoky Boys serves a menu of halal gourmet burgers, grilled chicken and smoked barbecued ribs.
Rahman commented: "In a relatively short of space of time Smoky Boys has not only become a brand name that is making waves, it is also one that crosses the boundaries of Halal and non-Halal followers due to its highly attractive concept and exciting food.
"Boxpark Wembley, which is right at the doorstep of Wembley Stadium, is a great site to be in and we're very proud to be part of it. It was a much sought after site with a lot of operators vying for it, but Smoky Boys is one of the few of the elite of businesses that were given a unit."
The founders, who are looking to target high-footfall spaces such as shopping malls, food halls, sites near transport hubs and sports stadiums for future expansion, said they will consider granting franchise opportunities to interested parties.
