Signature Living chairman Lawrence Kenwright has promised to open one of his hotels, as well as its bar, to the public for free if England win the World Cup in Russia.
Kenwright, who owns a string of hotels in Liverpool, Cardiff, Preston (pictured) and Belfast, also co-owns the football-themed Shankly hotel in Liverpool with the former Liverpool FC manager's grandson Chris Carline.
He also has a number of other football-themed developments in the pipeline.
Following England's 2-0 victory over Sweden, the football-mad chairman took to his Twitter account @LawKenwright to say:
This is incredible! If we actually go all the way and win the World Cup I'll throw a huge party. I'll give away an entire hotel for free for a night and a free bar at Alma for everyone! You can all hold me to this!

Signature Living is working on three further football themed hotels which will open in 2018/2019.
Among them is the £15m George Best hotel in Belfast which is being built in tribute to the legendary Manchester United and Northern Ireland player.
It is also developing the £12m Dixie Dean hotel in Liverpool - in honour of the Everton legend Dixie Dean across the road from the Shankly Hotel.
And a second £12m Shankly Hotel is also being built in Preston in collaboration with the Shankly family and is due to open later this year. Shankly spent most of his playing career at Preston North End FC.
Kenwright said: "This is absolutely amazing that we really do have a chance to win the World Cup and bring it home under Gareth Southgate and this team of talented players.
"To have both Jordan Pickford (Everton) and Jordan Henderson (Liverpool) both in the England team and playing in that match was a hugely proud moment for all Liverpool and Everton fans and as the city of Liverpool, we are all right behind them.
"The 1966 victory under Bobby Moore was an incredibly special achievement and I sincerely hope that we as a great nation can once more hold our heads up high and lift the Jules Rimet trophy again."
