Dingley Dell's Dirty Dozen barbecue competition is to take place at London's Signature Brewery on 19 September.
The 'barbecue-off' is a collaboration between family farming business Dingley Dell, who will supply all meat for the event, and not-for-profit organisation A Passion to Inspire.
Twelve teams will compete for the trophy by cooking live on Broil King barbecues. Chefs involved include chefs Adam Smith of Coworth Park, Russell Bateman of Castle Ashby Estate and Adam Simmonds of the Mayfair Townhouse, who will be supported by college student teams from across the country.
Tickets, priced at £27.50 per person, will include four small plates and a beer, with all proceeds going to Over the Rainbow Children’s Charity.
Judges of the competition include The Darkness’ Dan Hawkins and Rufus Taylor.
