The venue will reopen as Surveyors House at RICS Westminster.
Searcys has secured a catering contract with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in London as the events venue prepares to reopen for the first time since the pandemic.
From this month, the newly named Surveyors House at RICS Westminster will resume hosting external conferences, receptions, weddings, meetings, dinners and seasonal occasions.
The Victorian building features a grand marbled reception, mosaic tiled floors, a roof terrace, a 120-cover Lecture Hall, and various private rooms.
Searcys’ events catering options will include buffet and bowl food options, canapes, formal dining packages as well as its signature champagne.
It will also launch the Searcys Bar and Brasserie at Surveyors House this autumn.
Paul Jackson, managing director at Searcys, said: “With unmatched views of the London skyline, versatile spaces, and an exceptional food and drink offering, all under the roof of one of the best addresses in London, Surveyors House is a fantastic addition to Searcys portfolio of venues, each located in some of London’s most remarkable and historic spaces.”
Searcys was founded by John Searcy in 1847 and partners with historical venues across the UK, such as the Pump Room at the Roman Baths and St Pancras International.
Terms of the RICS contract were not disclosed.
