Scottish-based ICMI to launch hotel management company in Caribbean

The team behind ICMI, headed by managing director Norbert Lieder, is joining forces with landowner and developer Jonathan Milne of FM Group and businessman Kelly Glass of K-Group to launch the Liming, a new hotel management company.

Properties to be managed by the Liming are expected to be announced in the near future.

ICMI’s current portfolio includes the nine-strong Luxury Collection, which includes Inverlochy Castle in Fort William (pictured) and Andy Murray’s hotel Cromlix in Dunblane, and the Lodges & Inns Collection, comprising five properties.

Lieder, who spent five years managing hotels in St Lucia and St Kitts, said: “We have a track record of developing and managing profitable hotels which are known for exemplar service and attention to detail.

"While there are a number of great hotels across the Caribbean we believe there is a real gap in the market for a new concept of relaxation with no gimmicks or distractions â€" just a fabulous product and the best service on offer.

“Our intention is to replicate our success in Scotland, where we now manage 14 properties, across the Caribbean islands.”
