Celebrity chef Rick Stein and Chateau d'Yquem of Bordeaux, have hosted a charity dinner and raised more than £10,000.
Hosted at Stein's restaurant in Barnes, west London, the dinner paired different d'Yquem vintages with four courses including roast turbot on the bone with Dutch sauce, matched with a 2015 vintage, and half lobster with Indonesian dry spice, matched with a 2013 vintage.
Jean Philippe Lemoine export director of Chateau d'Yquem - which has been described as producing the greatest sweet wines in the world - talked guests through the vintages, while Stein spoke about the process of pairing them with each course, aided by son Charlie. The menu was cooked by Stein's son and chef director Jack.
The £10,000 raised will be divided between Hospitality Action and the Benevolent, which supports members of the UK drinks industry facing difficult circumstances.
