Chris Chambers, the chief financial officer of Revolution Bars Group, is to step down from the company's board.
Mike Foster will replace Chambers as the group's interim chief financial officer while the search for a permanent replacement continues.
Foster has spent the last 20 years in major pub and bar companies and most recently was chief financial officer of Walkabout bar operator Intertain from 2009 until December 2016 when it was sold to Stonegate Pub Company.
Prior to that, he was chief financial officer of Regent Inns from 2005 and held a number of senior accounting roles at Spirit Group (formerly with Scottish & Newcastle Retail), Esporta and First Leisure Corporation.
Revolution Bars Group runs the Revolution and Revolucion de Cuba brands and has over 60 bars mostly located in town or city high streets.
