Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, has secured a new three-year catering contract with the Imperial War Museum in London.
It will see the group manage all food and beverage operations at the venue, including for events.
Restaurant Associates Venues group chef Ian Human is overseeing the museum cafe and has introduced a refreshed menu including sourdough pizzas and salads.
A terrace cafe is also set to open to allow guests to eat outdoors in the grounds of the museum.
Gemma Brown, IWM head of commercial events, said: “It’s really important that we can provide our visitors with a great place to relax and grab something to eat and are delighted to be working with Restaurant Associates Venues who will be enhancing the food and drink offering at the museum cafe.
“We are also looking forward to opening our outdoor seating very soon which will be perfect for the summer months ahead.”
The partnership builds on the existing relationship between IWM Group and Restaurant Associates Venues, which already provides catering at IWM Duxford, HMS Belfast, Churchill War Rooms and IWM North.
