Executive development chef at Edwardian Hotels London Preet Tandi has left the business to seek new challenges elsewhere.
Tandi joined the company in 2016 to assist in the launch of its Italian and Peruvian-inspired restaurant concept Monmouth Kitchen at the group's Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street hotel.
He also oversaw the restaurant's sister fusion concepts May Fair Kitchen at the May Fair hotel, and Leicester Square Kitchen at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire hotel.
He was previously an executive head chef at Madhu's Heathrow and a senior chef de partie at Nobu London for two years.
A replacement has not yet been appointed.
The groupâs Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester hotel on Peter Street is set to open Peter Street Kitchen this October, serving small plates drawing from Japanese and Mexican cuisine.
Edwardian Hotels London, founded by Jasminder Singh in 1979, owns and operates 11 Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels in London and Manchester, the May Fair hotel and a collection of restaurant and bar brands. The company is also engaged in a major development in Leicester Square, incorporating a luxury lifestyle hotel, restaurants, bars, spa and cinemas.
