Pizza Pilgrims is to open a second site under its spin-off restaurant concept Slice next month.
The group has secured a spot at crazy golf venture Swingers West End, which expects to reopen on 19 May.
Slice is inspired by Pizza Pilgrims founders Thom and James Elliot’s trips to the US and Italy, and serves metre-long rectangular pizzas cut into large slices. It opened its first location opened on London’s Southbank in January.
Swingers co-founder and CEO Matt Grech-Smith said: “Pizza Pilgrims have been with us from the beginning of our journey at our pop-up back in 2014. They serve the best pizza in London and their new Slice concept is going to go down a storm with our fun-loving guests.”
Pizza Pilgrims opened its first restaurant in London’s Soho in 2013 and has grown to 14 London sites and one in Oxford.
It is due to launch four further London restaurants this year after securing a £3.5m investment from Imbiba.
Slice will replace Made of Dough at Swingers West End and join existing vendors Patty & Bun, Breddos Tacos, and Hackney Gelato.
