Pelican Procurement Services has secured a contract with the Robert Parker Hotel Collection, which has venues in Scotland and Northern England.
The supply chain specialist will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the hotel group’s purchasing processes and will introduce Pi, a cloud-based e-procurement technology tool, which will enable the hotel collection to manage invoices, calculate profit margins and record allergen information.

The Robert Parker Hotel Collection includes Doxford Hall and Eshott Hall in Northumberland, Ednam House in Kelso and Dalhousie Castle near Edinburgh.
