Openings: Scarlett Green, Brewdog Angel and Ochil House

All the restaurant and hotel openings from this week's issue.

Scarlett Green
The Daisy Green Collection has opened Scarlett Green in London's Soho, offering the brand's signature Antipodean-inspired food and cocktails. Set over two floors, the 4,000 sq ft site serves small plates, sharing dishes, Josper grill-cooked mains and seafood from Looe market day boats.

The bar offers an Australian wine list with more than 24 wines by the glass, as well as London craft beers from Fourpure Brewing Co. The restaurant is inspired by Melbourne and Sydney café culture, with an elegant and laid-back vibe, live acoustic music upstairs from 4pm daily and DJ sets Thursday to Saturday. The new site also features artworks by Paul Robinson, Louise Dear and Shuby.
