Hotel investment company Nine Group has opened the 166-bedroom Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1, T2 & T3 following the £30m transformation of the former headquarters of the British Airports Authority.
The development marks the largest addition to the Nine Group portfolio of 13 hotels operating under a myriad of brands including Crowne Plaza, Mercure, Holiday inn and Holiday Inn Express.
Located on Bath Road, the hotel features the Nest restaurant with an international menu, the Runway bar, fitness centre and meeting rooms with the largest accommodating 250 delegates.
Vivek Chadha, founder of the Nine Group, said the hotel will become the flagship property for the company.
"The Novotel Heathrow is design focussed, aimed to appeal to guests staying with us for both business and leisure," he explained.
"The hotel is in the perfect location for connections to Heathrow Airport and I look forward to seeing our guests making the most of our premium facilities, for a business meeting or ahead of a trip abroad."
Nine Group is managing the Novotel London Heathrow Airport T1, T2 & T3 under a franchise agreement with AccorHotels. A future expansion planned for the property will eventually increase the number of bedrooms to 274.
