Nick Brodie joins Bath's Queensberry hotel as head chef

The privately owned boutique Queensberry Hotel & Olive Tree restaurant in Bath has welcomed Nick Brodie as its new head chef.

 

He joins from the position as head chef at the Chapel in Bruton. Before that he was at the Wheatsheaf in Combe Hay.

 

Local to the area, he has also worked as senior sous chef at both the Bath Priory Hotel and the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath.
