New working space with hotel-style service and Stevie Parle restaurant to launch

A new office concept merging the standard of service found in hotels and private members' clubs with the working environment is set to open in London next year.

Fora, which will feature a restaurant from Stevie Parle, will launch on Central Street in Clerkenwell in January 2017 to offer what it calls "pro-working". It will be set over two floors.

The business, backed by Brockton Capital, is headed by Enrico Sanna, formerly of Deutsche Bank and Katrina Larkin, co-founder of festival firm the Big Chill Group.

Fora, which aims to open more work spaces across the capital over the next three to five years, will buy, design and build entire properties to cater for its residents' every need.

Eight locations including the West End, Ladbroke Grove, Shoreditch, Borough High Street and Spitalfields are already confirmed and under development.

Fora Central Street will incorporate Palatino, a restaurant in
partnership with Parle, chef-owner of Dock Kitchen, Rotorino and Craft London.

Fora will be available to traditional office tenants as well as co-workers.

Open desks at any Fora location start from £375 a month, owned desks from £475 a month, and private owned offices at £600 per month per desk.
