My Million Pound Menu winners BBQ Dreamz has announced plans for a pop-up in London's King's Cross launching on Sunday.
The Filipino street-food concept, which secured backing to the tune of £350,000 from Charlie McVeigh in last night's episode, will take over a space at Meat Liquor in St Chad's Place every Sunday for a limited period.
Customers will have the chance to taste all the dishes featured in last night's programme, which investors described as "absolutely delicious"and "fresh" with McVeigh adding "it might actually be the best pork I've ever had".
Tickets are £28 a head for 11 courses including the signature 24-hour sous vide lechon kawali and adobo-glazed chicken wings with lime aïoli and nigella.
Lee Johnson and Sinead Campbell have been trading across London at sites like KERB King's Cross and West India Quays for four years. Having secured the help of McVeigh, they plan to launch their first permanent site.
