Latest openings: The Princess Victoria, Restaurant Story, Fayre Share and more

All the restaurant and hotel openings from this week's issue

The Princess Victoria

Tom Peake, Mark Reynolds and Nick Fox of the Three Cheers Pub Co are opening their second boutique hotel above their latest pub, the Princess Victoria in London's Shepherd's Bush.

The opening of the hotel will coincide with World Gin Day. One of the earliest gin palaces, the Princess Victoria opened in 1829 and still serves more than 100 gins. The rooms pay homage to its heritage, named after famous gin cocktails: Negroni, Bramble, Vesper, Gibson and Bronx.

Each individually designed bedroom will take cues from gin botanicals, featuring artwork from the Adam Ellis Studio, and every customer will also receive a complimentary gin and mixer on arrival.

The bedrooms have been designed to appeal to the business market as well as couples looking for a luxurious city escape.

Three Cheers Pub Co opened the Princess Victoria in November 2017 and operates the site in conjunction with Ei Managed Investments, as part of their ‘Managed Expert' partnerships initiative.
