They join KE Hotels’ portfolio of UK-based hotels, which includes Moxy Manchester and Linton Lodge Oxford.
KE Hotels has acquired three Hampton by Hilton hotels under new hotel management agreements as the company seeks to expand across the UK.
Hampton by Hilton Newcastle, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street and Hampton by Hilton Sheffield have now joined the KE Hotels’ portfolio, which also includes the likes of Moxy Manchester, Linton Lodge Oxford and Hotel Indigo Newcastle.
The trio of acquisitions bolsters the company’s ambitions to target “various market segments” through partnerships with major brands.
Josh Watts, chief operating officer at KE Hotels, said: “We’re delighted to be taking on these three Hampton by Hilton hotels, operating alongside Hilton.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with the talented general managers at each property and we’re thrilled to be supporting their delivery of exceptional guest experiences and strong returns for the owners. This venture also represents an exciting new chapter as we continue to expand our footprint in the UK hospitality market.”
KE Hotels now operates seven hotels across the UK. Linton Lodge is set for an extensive rebrand and refurbishment in 2025.
