Just opened: Mayflower Grace, Connecticut

Formerly known as the Mayflower Inn & Spa, this newly reopened hotel is now part of Grace Hotels. Affiliated to the Relais & Chateaux group, it is set in 58 acres of woodland and has a 20,000 sq ft spa plus a fine-dining restaurant from group chef de cuisine Jonathan Cartwright.
