The Ivy Collection is set to open its first Scottish site, the Ivy on the Square, in Edinburgh in the autumn.
Open seven days a week, the 130-cover restaurant will also have a bar, and a mezzanine terrace overlooking the square. The brasserie will offer all-day dining and an extensive cocktail list, in a "relaxed yet sophisticated setting".
The restaurant's menu will serve breakfast, elevenses, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks, cocktails and dinner.
The kitchen will be overseen by executive chef Sean Burbidge, while the menu will incorporate a mix of British ingredients, Ivy classics and international dishes, including the brand's iconic shepherd's pie and chocolate bomb with hot, salted caramel sauce.
The venue's general manager will be London restaurateur Eric Garnier, the former co-owner of French restaurant Racine.
The Ivy Collection is a group of restaurants, brasseries and cafés established in London, originating with the Ivy on West Street 100 years ago, which is operated separately. The collection offers accessible, all-day dining in a relaxed, local setting, and as well as sites in London, Bristol and Surrey, is set to open at London's Tower Bridge and in Bath later this year.
